It is time consuming and at times chaotic for filing and searching for documents. Furthermore there is lack of transparency when it comes to sharing the documents also maintaining different versions of the physical document is not feasible
Our file management service makes for a robust Cloud hosted tool that helps structures Documents into folders, and share documents and folders to other users inside the application, in an interactive and simple User Interface. Here is an overview of what a User can accomplish via this system:
Web based system, online hosting, viewing and organization of documents
Upload PDF’s from one’s computer onto its Cloud Database
Users would login the application and be able to create their own folder structures for better organization
Users can share their own folders and documents to other folders and add annotations/comments to documents Online.
Bulk Storage - The architecture utilizes the BLOB storage concept for all resources. This is a robust technique to organize and store data in bulk on a Cloud server. Data is stored in the cloud with a unique encryption key, in the form of a link. This Link will be accessed and sorted by the user in his designated folder structure
Logical Folder structure - The logical folder structure provides for an organized sorting mechanism to retrieve data via the BLOB mechanism and arrange it in the application database. It is customizable and has security features such as Permissions to folders (Restricted access to sensitive data).
SSL Encryption - DMS will run on SSL and all the communication between the Client and the DMS will be encrypted. SSL Certificates have a key pair: a public and a private key. These keys work together to establish an encrypted connection. The certificate also contains what is called the “subject,” which is the identity of the certificate/website owner.
